Fantastic equipment and space. The trainers at Transflash have a real wealth of knowledge and are amazing at helping you to achieve beyond what you thought you could! After being trained there for the last few months I feel healthier, stronger and much more confident in my abilities 👍👍

Went in with specific aims I wanted to achieve. A bespoke plan was put together (gym and diet) to begin the week after the initial consultation. Training is tough as it should be if you really want change. Results have been fantastic since beginning. Every original aim has now been achieved and new ones have been set - would highly recommend.

Amazing session with Ali! I learnt so much in an hour and can’t wait for my next session. I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my training just from the advice he’s given me. I’ve had mainly trainers in the past but the knowledge this guy has is phenomenal! I thoroughly recommend.

Training with Ali has been fantastic he has helped me with, weight loss, strength, toning and fitness. The results I have seen in just 3 months has exceed my expectations. With Ali, you don’t just get a tailored fitness session, you get a nutrition plan, help, advice and encouragement. He is dedicated and highly motivating and is always on hand to offer advice and guidance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ali and the Transflash team.
