I don’t know what to think, there’s good and bad. They gym is okay … the showers really really really need an upgrade ! The equipment is okay but still in need of a upgrade. It’s the people in the gym mostly who disrespect it. Leaving weights around. Not putting stuff back. Blocking toilets ! It’s sad. Overall I would say it’s worth the money but needs a massive improvement.
I Always find parking lot here and in the gym don't have to wait long for machines or equipment to use. This gym is not always busy that's what I like most and the fact of easy parking.
Good equipment at gym and good location,however, check for busiest times as it can get extremely full and hard to get access to machines. There is also times when machines are not repaired for some time, this needs addressing as can be quite annoying if it's part of your fitness regime. The classes are great and included in your monthly fee,however, I feel they could extend on classes such as including Zumba.
Honestly never been to a more scruffier gym! Everything was a mess, the Mens toilets was disgusting, used toilet tissues on the floor, p!ss all over the floor. The gym staff clearly don’t try maintain the gym. The staff should try to maintain the gym and keep it orderly… Yano what you’re paid to Do, lazy people.
Worst equipment ever look like 150 years old, weights all over the place , shower not open midnight what about people like me they work till late and want to have a work out and shower, whats the point of 24 hours gym? Very weird smell all over the gym aswell, I get my membership yesterday and today I am gonna cancel it.
Used to go to this gym but most of the times the machines are faulty , such as the treadmills and the other machines are usually broken . However there’s a lot of machines to choose from . The gym gets busy a lot but it’s still a very good gym, definitely going to return soon
A lot of the cardio equipment have not been serviced or maintained, the cross trainer movement is clumpy and unusable, numerous machines have electrical errors, so are rendered inoperable. No hack squat machine, Olympic seated press seat broken, seated chest press seat broken, No foam rollers present, a very very basic gym. No Olympic platform for squat, deadlift, power cleans ect. This gym appears to have left over equipment from all the other premium rate pure gyms, a shame really. I really don't understand what the gym manager is managing, really should be £4.99 per month. Don't even get me started on the body odour issue. Update as of 23/10 the broken and unserviced machines still haven't been serviced or repaired, honestly unbelievable. No idea what the gym manager spends it's time doing. Cardio machines still clumpy. They've removed the feedback box,. Theyve also removed the body scanner matrix machine. An utter shambles
Lots of cardio, quieter than salford shopping city and 2 quid cheaper
The gym is super messy all of the time, people leave their dumbbells everywhere and don’t return them to their places. People who don’t return their dumbbells need to be held accountable like at other gyms I’ve been to and there needs to be a sign telling people this. It’s gone to the point where I have abs to go out of my way and tidy the area I’m trying to work out in. There’s also a lack of machines unlike other puregyms I’ve been to for example a hack squat.improvements need to be made and fast
Happy to join pure gym atmosphere also good just need to improve one thing some guys work out at night but unfortunately they don't put weight on the right place after use i think management should worn them
