From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.nLeisure Receptionist Dawn deserves special recognition for her exceptional customer service. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay memorable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my comfort during check-in, Dawn exceeded my expectations.nThe facilities at the hotel were also top-notch. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The fitness center and spa added to the overall relaxation experience.nIn summary, if you’re looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Hyde, I highly recommend the Village Hotel. And be sure to say hello to Dawn at the reception—you won’t be disappointed!

Spent £85 a month here for the last 4 years not to mention £10 a day in the Starbucks and we constantly buy vouchers to give away on my competition business to support local businesses all the staff know me and I’m always friendly came to the gym with my 17 year old son tonight who forgot his towel and I asked could I borrow one only to be rudely told no it’s £2 then was stopped saying his membership would not allow him past 6pm I explained I’d travelled from Knutsford it’s pathetic will never spend another penny in that establishment and I hope all my friends and followers leave also. A little friendly customer service goes a long way I know only too well having my own business these just want your money and that’s it. I turned a blind eye when they was filling the spring water Evian containers full of tap water that’s how they treat there customers.

Great place for all ages me and my partner have been coming a year now. The equipment is really well maintained,the staff are great I  also bring my children swimming as you can have this as an add on to your gym pass! They think it’s  Fantastic

I tried out Rachel’s & Jacks Burn class recently and wow what a workout I workout each week but they really put me through my paces with that class, really push you in a great way and supportive throughout.nRachel also teaches 121 swimming classes with my daughter & I have noticed huge improvements with my daughter in the water. She absolutely loves going.nThey really do need to be recognised for their hard work.

I love coming to Hyde gym. It is extremely friendly  and welcoming and if you have any issues or worries,  they are dealt with immediately by Callum the gym Manager!nThere are lots of different classes by awesome instructors  who are always on hand to help you out if you are struggling with anything!nWhatever age you are I'm 70  years old, there are classes that will help everyone with strength, stamina, flexibility and general fitness! No one judges you and everybody is made to feel comfortable and worthwhile, even when  they might feel a little vulnerable at first!nAll in all it is amazing place to visit!nI'm more than happy to be a member!nDefinitely worth the money!nThank you to all the staff, including  reception and cleaning staff nnChris Lomas
