I sold my house through Reeds Rains Glengormley and also purchased my new house through them. I will 100% use them again and will recommend them ongoing!! I had two other local estate agents out to value my property and went with Reeds Rains because Barry showed genuine interest in getting me the best price as well as a lot of positivity and enthusiasm. Reeds Rains also managed to sell it for 15k than the other two recommended putting it up for sale for! They might not be all over social media locally which part of me thought would be a downside but I was definitely wrong! I had the pleasure of making my purchase through Reeds Rains in Glengormley. I received excellent customer service from Caroline. She was informative and kept me up to date with progress. She also arranged for me to see Lois ,the mortgage advisor, who again was extremely reassuring throughout the process. Caroline was always very pleasant as were Mark and Barry .

As a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for a better support system from Reeds Rains. Everybody I dealt with was polite and friendly. I was updated constantly on progress and anything I wasn't sure about they were more than happy to explain and advise. Grainne was exceptional from start to finish and made sure everything was in order and done as soon as it was able to be. The whole process was as stress free as buying a house could be!
