Called them to ask about a property, told it has GCH, arranged a viewing and went there to find out there is no central heating in the flat whatsoever. Big waste of time (which I had to take off from work).

Moved a tenant into my apartment without informing me. I was overseas at the time, discovered this at a weekend, could not get any response from anyone at the company. I had to call the police to go round to the property as I did not know if someone had broken in or I had squatters. It transpired, they informed me, they had let a "friend" move in. I am unsure whether they would have paid me rent had I not discovered this "friend". A dreadful experience.

On any question about viewing property agent/lady got same answers "I don't know", "I'm not sure" or "You need to check it on our website". So what for this agency are paying wages for such a person/s?! The agency should defo change staff..

Managed 2 flats and have dealt with every issue, even when we have not been available to discuss options they have sorted in a sensible fashion.
