it is located in the tourist area in Clifton historical shopping centre, I like to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine and the street view. Both service and food are good, the price is reasonable in this location. Don’t be late if you would like to order the cakes as it will soon be sold out.
My go to place for brunch in Clifton and the surrounding areas. Very reasonably priced, friendly & professional staff, and amazing quality food. I ended up ordering 2 meals for myself in one sitting I was enjoying the experience so much! Would definitely recommend the New Yorker and the pancakes with blueberries and ricotta…and also make sure to come on a day they’re doing French toast! The best you can get outside of the US :
Stopped by for coffee one morning and liked the place so much had to return the next day for breakfast. Service is prompt, efficient and friendly. Full english breakfast is huge so opt for the "mini monty" unless you brought a big appetite. Dirty chai was one of the best I've had. High marks all round.Food: 5/5
Great options for brunch, the food and service here are always amazing & great value for money. The inside and outside seating are great, the decor on the inside is lovely and I love the starry ceiling! Will definitely be coming again.
Nice and friendly staff, very cute location. The food was good, fresh and tasty but nothing extraordinary. Good place to grab a toasty and coffee id say more than brunch. The croque was definitely the best of what we tried, and the chips were also very good!
Very tasty sandwiches with good fillings. The aesthetic of the place was very nice with friendly staff. The price is on the higher side but reasonable for the location.
Lovely place, with a large choice of cakes if you want to eat something in the afternoon. The cake was delicious and soft. Not a lot of vegan option for pastries, at least when I want there. However, worth to try!
My go to for a homemade, high quality, unique meal! Been here several times and never fails. Love their french toast but I think this is a summer dish only: Very cozy and highly recommend The croque are so amazing!!
We were given a gift voucher from our in-laws but never got around to go there. In the meantime we misplaced and found the voucher several times. Finally we got there ... The breakfast is superb and the cakes baked by the owner's daughter is fantastic. We are going back there post Christmas.
I suffer with gastric reflux and have to choose wisely. We saw Christmas special stacked sandwiches with turkey, brie, cranberry and stuffing on the board outside. We found a seat upstairs but when we came to place the order the waitress said I couldn't have it minus the stuffing as she thought they were pre-prepared. We were also told, she couldn't guarantee that our pot of tea would be served at the same time as the food, as they were two staff down and very busy. The only other thing suitable for me was BLT. The tea was served 10 minutes, before the food arrived, with just enough, in the pot for two, for one cup each. I couldn't chew my first mouthful of the BLT sandwich and discovered that it was undercooked streaky bacon with very little actual bacon. The sandwich was cold by the time I had cut all the fat off and there was 75% fat on the plate. The cost was knocked off the bill and we received an apology. We would have stayed for a cake but the tea was cold by this time and no hot water was provided.
