This primark is great for the size with a range of products and good stock. However this store could really focus on cleanliness and maintaining floor standards. As someone who works in retail keeping a shop floor up to standards is hard, but with a lot of staff it can be done. Although some stock and range of products is always good, the cleanliness of the shelves in bath&body section is always a mess, along with the floor on each floor being covered in dust, dirt, tags and amongst other things. It would be really nice to see the shop be a lot more put together and ready for opening to be viewed amongst customers, as when we are coming to buy products its not appealing to look at a body scrub package half open and the whole shelf covered in a variety of liquids, or tripping up every five seconds on a lost tag. I hope to see this store improve soon!
One of the bigger branches I have visited. Plenty of stock and a good collection. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a budget shopping experience with a lot to choose from, look nowhere else.
Visited this store on a Wednesday evening and was pleasantly surprised as to how tidy and organised it was. On that occasion, it has to be one of the quietest branches I have been to. Offering a wide range of clothing and footwear for women, men and children along with accessories. They also stock skin care, hair tools, make-up, home decor, luggage and more, all at affordable prices.nnAs mentioned before, the store was quiet so there was no queueing when I needed to go to the checkout. Staff member was polite and friendly. Had a pleasant shopping experience on that day.
Firstly, spending £29 on socks, boxers and 2 vest tops was a good idea because I actually needed them, but to my surprise the 80p reusable bag may have well taken my left thumb for the tax that wasn't included in my bill, I believe the places that they make their products are fighting back for equal pay, as the paper tag on this specific bag, gave to me, obviously a pre meditated attack on me on my rights, this is not right and my thumb now hurts soo bad I cannot write or drive due to this unforseen circumstance, one star does it for me
3 floors of clothing and accessories shopping. Very handy and affordable. Has most things you need. Multiple pay tills and easy to navigate for wheelchair users.
