I have had mixed experiences with the store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everybody seems to be a cyclist and they are happy to have a conversation about general bike things. I have always found them very helpful. I have had varied experiences with the maintenance. I have been told that I need a new shifter before the mechanic even tried replacing the cable inner/outer (that was the problem), had the wrong headset fitted to my bike and had issues simply not fixed on return of the bike.

Lovely staff, really friendly and nice. Fixed all three of my bikes to as good as new. Really good value for a service etc

The bike I wanted was not in stock but Kyle and the team at Giant ordered it for me from the warehouse and it was there in days. The service was great with good advice on sizing and set up was done in no time ready for collection. There have been no isues with the bike but any technical advice was dealt with swiftly and with good knowledge. A great service so much so that I have recommended the Giant Store Cambridge to so many more club members. Well done and thanks Robin Jones

I visited Kyle and the Giant Cambridge team following a recommendation. I can see why they were so highly recommended, excellent advice, customer service and after care service. I highly recommend the Cambridge team for all your biking needs from bikes and accessories to advice and service/repair. Thanks all @ Giant Cambridge first class service 👌

Took the time to understand my riding needs and gave recommendations for the right bike spec. No pushy sales pitch, no over spec for my ability, just good honest advice followed up by a great service from Kyle and the staff. Looking forward to racking up the miles on my new TCR. 😀 Thanks guys!
