Overall service was brilliant. The gentleman that eventually took our sale was polite, informative and very aware of how to make the customer feel valued. He also made me a cup of tea so that’s a win in my mind! Because of he nature of the shop, there are times when it feels very pushy and we felt as though we were being ordered about a few times by one member of staff, who also came across as being quite bored in his job. However, the information, and time to look by ourselves, that was given to us by Ali, really helped us to make a decision

I war recommended by my friends who bought all her furniture at furniture village.but she warned me that I have to wait for about 2 months for the delivery. We viewed their website and really like some beds,so we decided to visit their shop. Staff Liam was very approachable and knowledgeable.He was very patient and helpful when I was unsure which colour of headboard to choose. We order some beds and mattress but we found the bed frame colour was not the one we viewed online,so we contact Liam and he kindly amended it for us. Many thanks to Liam and his colleagues for all their help.

Good service. We were shown around the furniture after we had chosen what we liked, everything was explained. Only negative was long wait for delivery owing to furniture being made to our specifications . 12 to 14 weeks. This delay we accepted to get what we required.

Very pleased with the service and staff who were very friendly and didn’t hurry you our sales person was MO and he was very helpful full marks to him.

Very polite, interested assistant, Mo, found just what we wanted,and there was no "hard sell". Will definitely visit the store again when we are furniture shopping.
