We went to Pride Diamonds to have a custom made emerald stone ring with diamonds mounted on white gold. The entire process was very smooth with Ronak taking care to ensure that our design requirements were met. From start to finish we were kept informed of the order status. It was ready on time and simply beautiful. A great job and I would not hesitate to recommend Pride Diamonds.

Felt very comfortable with the advice that I was given. No pressure to upgrade from our wishes. No rush to make a decision. First diamond was rejected by the shop as not what they wanted to supply and replaced with superior diamond. Very happy with the ring and it arrived as promised. Happy to recommend.

I came across Pride Diamonds by accident whilst visiting Leicester and I am very glad I did! I decided to take a quick look in as I was passing and was immediately taken in with the range of pieces on display. I was especially impressed with the unusual styles as most jewellery I see nowadays looks very similar and is just boring, however an unusual three-stoned design of diamond ring caught my eye. The proprietor was helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable which was a great help in deciding whether the ring was the right one for me to get. The price was excellent value for a beautiful engagement ring. I will definitely consider coming back for the wedding band, even though I have traveled from Wales!

I wanted a custom designed ring for my wedding and it was arranged professionally within a decent time frame. The price was reasonable too.  Totally recommended.
