Lanes custom made a beautiful Diamond Necklace for my wife to match a stunning ring that I bought late late year ( also from Lanes ). Lanes are the only Jewellers in Leicester that we would consider going to for properly discerning quality and individuality.

The ring size I knew, but wasn’t sure on the style of engagement ring for my beloved. The team were so helpful and patient on helping me choose the perfect ring, which my fiancé absolutely loves. I will definitely recommend Lanes, for quality, service and friendliness. PS will be returning to their Leicester store for the wedding ring next year.

My boyfriend managed to get the perfect ring with the help of the Lanes team. He said they were brilliant throughout and took away a lot of the stress of finding an engagement ring. When we went in to get the ring made slightly smaller, the staff were wonderful giving a really personalised service and remembered exactly who he was. Their service was super speedy, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We came into the shop on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th December 2017 to choose my now beautiful engagement ring. You provided us with amazing service and guidance when choosing my ring. I had an excellent buying experience at Lanes, very knowledgable and friendly that cannot do enough for you. They make they buying experience very special and make you feel very welcome. I was buying an engagement ring and didn't really know what I was looking at, but they made the choices clear to me and I found the perfect ring! Would defiantly recommend!
