I was served by De’Elle, she was really helpful and showed so much patience as It was so hard to pick a pair of earrings, she also went out of her way to find the ones I actually liked and brought them for me. Amazing service , thank you!

Really wanted a particular charm that had sold out in most stores including my local branch at nottingham, I contacted Leicester branch and the girl on the phone was so helpful and friendly, I then got to store knowing there was one left and was served by such a nice lad, receipt says kane, he was helpful friendly and chatty, made my visit a lovely experience, wish all staff in shops were as nice as they were, I look forward to going again, top service thank you

I visited last week and was served by Aaishah who was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the products. She was patient with us and was always smiling. We walked out happy with our purchase from Pandora and specifically Aaishah.

Nice, polite and friendly staff, good selection of charms, most items are in stock.  Only downsize is a bit understaffed and crammed.
