Wow I want to buy everything in the shop I think this place is mainly all watches but there was some Jewellery there All the top makes are here as you would expect The place is really nice and clean. Really professional service. The staff are super helpful and down to earth. Got offered a drink when we first started. Me and the wife came with our two kids and the staff interacted with them. I like when staff do this : Left with two Gucci bracelets for the kids and even tho we didn’t spend a lot I’m sure compared to other customers the staff still make us feel important and wanted us there. Sameea was really nice. Helpful and super polite. Thanks for your help The gifts where well wrapped and everyone said bye on the way out Really nice place to purchase from
I have now been lucky enough to collect my second Rolex piece yesterday that was sourced for me by Jamie Kowalski. Jamie has been nothing short of amazing, his professionalism and customer service has been second to none and I cannot thank him enough. Never change Jamie, your a credit to Goldsmiths. Thank you

Disappointing experience, I went into the store today with a view to discussing a purchase with the Rolex specialist in there. It was like they were doing you a favour and wanted to know if I had a purchase history with them before being invited to make an appointment!! Obviously £30k of watch purchases with the Goldsmiths group isn't good enough. I laugh and walked out. I'll stick to Michael Jones in Northampton in future.
Went in to spend some money, they didn't have what I wanted, the "list is closed" bull, but weren't interested in showing me the alternatives, in fact, they were completely disinterested. I concluded they didn't want to sell to me. I'm just glad they've given me the opportunity to spend my money elsewhere. AVOID GOLDSMITHS.
I went into Goldsmiths today looking for a potential purchase as an anniversary present for myself. I walked and and was totally ignored. The sales assistant wouldn't make eye contact with me even though she was happy greeting and offering help to others who walked-in after me....... Of a different profile let's say. She even glanced at me then walked away! Yes I was casually dressed but I guess she didn't spot the Speedmaster on my wrist. This reminded me why I've not shopped at Goldsmiths for 20 odd years.... Guys this is 2023... Sort yourselves out!
I had the pleasure to purchase a luxury watch this week from Goldsmiths in Leicester. I have been able to interact with the store over the phone prior to visiting and they were able to book appointments which suited me - excuse the pun, as my time and the stores time, is precious. Gabi was polite, informative and accommodating throughout the process even under uncertainty my end. Nice to have a personable experience in a "digital" world where human interaction is a miss. The transaction was quick, slick and smooth with the aid of other colleagues present. I now plan on wearing my watches more often without worrying about scratching them after speaking with her! The store is very clean, well presented and the staff are extremely welcoming whilst also looking professional. Each time I visited, the staff approached me to assist and offered a drink to provide comfortability. I have visited Goldsmiths/WoS in other London locations previously and failed to purchase due to experience, interaction as it can be quite daunting for a customer surrounded by high end product - this store made it feel much more normal and relaxing, that I have requested to purchase other watch models when they become available as I have just started my watch collecting journey.
Just wanted to say what a great experience I had picking up my new Rolex from Jamie Kowalski, from start to finish he was so helpful and knowledgeable; nothing was ever an issue. Another shout out to Michelle which is the store manager who helped me in any times of concern or help during the process as sourcing these time pieces isn’t as simple as walking in and getting one. The handover was a great experience and made me feel that the wait was 100% worth it! Thank you Jamie and Michelle once again!

Tristan has been with the company for many Years now and his knowledge of watches is irreplaceable. The whole team work ethics in trying to provide the best customer experience can only be admired. Just a special mention too to Vahit who goes about his business in a most conscientious manner. Very pleasant and polite who has a professional approach with a smile which is so pleasing to see.
