Good service, they didn't have exactly what we wanted, but we will definitely go back when they have different sizes in stock.
My partner wanted to get a new watch,after 10 minutes the two saila assistants still hadn't approached us as they were two occupied with talking to each other.we left.so they lost out.as my partner then bought a 1000,pound watch some where else. poor customer service

Helpful staff, got jewelry cleaned that wasn't brought from them, good service
We brought wedding rings from here last year and got my engagement ring cleaned and redipped at the same time. Staff were great and very helpful, Libby especially, made the whole experience wonderful and was so eager to help and make sure they were right for us. We visited again yesterday to get my rings resized due to loosing weight and Libby was there again and remembered us from our last visit. She was so helpful and friendly again, she is the type of person I wish more stores had! She always is happy to help and always goes above and beyond to help make sure you get what you need at a good deal and when you need it! Thank you again!
Their rings are made on the cheap and in such a way they can’t be resized. When asked what they expect me to do, their response is to ‘buy a new one’. Thanks to them my engagement ring now hangs on my necklace rather than on my finger one month before my wedding and they couldn’t care less
Overall good experience. Unfortunately they don’t have in store Diesel watches what I was after. Been served by a young lad, but he was patient, knowledgeable and kind. Got a price match, and both a watch for myself.
Staff were rude, pushy, and did not listen to what we were looking for. Ultimately, there was nothing in store that suited my requirements which I discovered by looking at everything available myself as the sales assistant kept showing me to things that were entirely different to what I asked for, but even if there had been something perfect, the sales assistant made me feel so uncomfortable that I would not have purchased it. Would never visit this branch of H. Samuels again.
Helpful staff and good sales prices tempted me in. Standard fare for H.Samuel.
Havent been for a while when I did go the lady on the counter was very helpful
