If you don't like waiting in lines don't go here long wait I had staff tend to not be around gossiping or talking to the other customer in front for about 10 minutes whilst your trying to buy 1 item waiting for them to get out of the way and hurry up

Amazing, Bought lots of earrings for my daughter here and she loves the Jojo Siwa Things! Highly recommend! Only problem is that everything is very expensive for what they are. But other than that, it's amazing.

I went to get my ear pierced from Clair's for the second time this year. The first I had gotten it done it got badly infected and I was forced to remove it. I went back again, hoping for a better experience this time. So about two months ago I got my ear pierced again. And I went on holiday about a month later. During my holiday it started to get infected again. I immediately seeked attention from a tattoo and piercing specialist. They told me straight away the jewellery used is probably causing the infection. They also said that using a gun isn't the most sterile way to pierce a hole in your cartilage.(which Clair's did anyways) Clair's also doesn't have a separate place for ear piercings and on that particular day it was very busy in there small store.

My daughter had her ears pierced this afternoon. After they were done, she didn't feel too well and we spent a while in the shop, sitting on the floor! The staff in the store were absolutely fantastic. I can't praise them enough for how attentive they were towards her. Can't recommend them highly enough
