staff are all very nice and i never have any problems. been coming here for ages using subscription and it’s more than worth it. only thing i’d say is they often run out of certain drink options but that’s to be expected later on in the day.

I love Pret. I really do. I think the quality of drinks and food served is excellent as is the variety of products available. However, this is let down by their continued use of disposable paper and plastic cups for their sitting in experience. Contradicts their sustainability and green credentials. The Newcastle branch is a bit of soulless experience if you're sitting inside. I understand that there are limitations if there are no windows in the area so no natural light but the staff aren't particularly the most welcoming either perhaps they were distracted and having an off day..who knows. Thoughts are... great if you're coming with your own portable to takeaway and enjoy their excellent offerings elsewhere but don't sit in if you care about the environment or want that comfortable, welcoming feel; not the Newcastle branch anyway. Updated this two months on because they still choose to use disposable cups for eat/drink in orders and I sent a query to Pret about this and was fobbed off with a "thanks for your thoughts and feedback to the store". No update, no change. Just disappointment and more waste to landfill.

Their newly introduced Turmeric Latte with Coconut Rice is AMAZING! Everyone should give it go! Deeply soothing drink! Most of the drinks are fairly priced as compared to other high street coffee shops!

It feels like the service standard has gone down alot. Catering mainly for the student market.Service: 2/5

Seriously good coffee! And nice membership Lots of respect for the staff! Really busy all the time with people who mostly get coffee for free. They stay calm, even when no one comes to pick up their coffee, which they called out several times. Gonna support them for the months that I’m here!
