Great tasting food and friendly staff. Be aware a 10% gratuity charge is added automatically, although our waitress was excellent and we had no problem increasing this tip.
My partner and I had tea here last night, we've wanted to try here for ages! We were sat by window which was lovely. Unfortunately we waited about 10 minutes before I had to find the waitress to ask if we had to order at the bar as I didn't know, she said that it was table service and she would be over soon. Sauntering over she exclaimed that they are short staffed and apologised for the wait. I got a starter of Yaki Gyozas which were beautiful, nice and crispy with a tangy sauce. Main was Enchilada Chicken Tinga, really nice and creamy, smothered in melted cheese and with a spicy kick, loved it. My partners main was the Kati Roll, I tried a bit and it tasted a little better than mine but I still loved mine. For pudding we both ordered the Whoopie Cookie. It looked gorgeous when it arrived Unfortunately it didn't quite work for us, it's like an Ice cream sandwich which you couldn't pick up, we spooned out the middle and then were left with hard cookies which became a chore to eat. I LOVE puddings so was devastated... I would happily go back though the mains and starters saved it!
Very nice service with excellent and varied food from around the world. Children friendly too with a separate menu and activity sheet.
Been tempted to try this place for a while after walking past and glancing at the menu half a dozen times. There's a lovely atmosphere inside, staff can't be faulted at all and were very pleasant and friendly. Prices weren't too bad considering it's trying to market itself as an artisan-style restaurant and they often come with a hefty price tag. However the food that we tried was fairly average for an otherwise impressive setting. The burger was fairly dry and PACKED with salad versus a tiny piece of bacon and barely enough cheese. However, the menu is varied enough that I suspect I'll try again another time. Perhaps for the breakfast menu as that looks particularly interesting.
I had a really nice lunch with my family earlier today. There were a lot of tempting dishes on the menu but I went for a chicken Malaysian curry. It was very nice and pretty authentic too. There was a pretty decent kids menu- although most of the meals were standard burgers/fish fingers etc, the quality was very good.
Fantastic food, fantastic staff and beautiful laid out. Even enjoyed a few cheeky beers . Only thing stopping me from giving it five starts is a 10% gratuity charge is automatically added to the bill and I wasn't made aware of this until I received the bill. As I say everything was great and I would have tipped, but to assume every customer will and thereby make it compulsory isn't good form.
Came for tea yesterday Sunday party of 8. Food came quickly, was piping hot and everyone enjoyed their menu choice. Staff were attentive but not overbearing and cocktails were lovely. Good range of foods to suit lots of different tastes and reasonably priced
Tastes and flavours from around the world. 2x1 on Cocktails sunday to friday and Kids eat free with every main dish.
I didn’t like the coffee, good food
Staff was friendly. But food and drinks took a long time to arrive. When they did the portions were very small. The cocktail was too strong and unpleasent for the price. The food was very tasty, but not filling because it was only a small bowl. We had to wait a long time to pay by card, and they automatically charged us 10% gratuity. The quality was poor and i didnt intend to leave that large a tip. I didnt feel as if i had eaten a meal worth £20. Would not recommend.
