Zero stars!!! Too start off the weather was bad 27/02/2018, but I booked 8:45am for 5:30pm pick up Central Taxi never responded saying there would be a delay or it would be running late. So 5:37pm received a message saying Taxi despatched, waited and it was 5:55pm now still waiting so called the operator who said Taxi was on its way and just up the road which was a lie as I called again 6:05 and she said it was even further away, and it was due to the weather and roads. Decided screw it I will walk home in the snow so cancelled Taxi, what up sets me is that A, you didn't text hour or half hour before pick up that there was a delay in services, and B, why was the taxi despatched 9min after the time I wanted picking up. I will not be ordering from Central again!

Absolutely shocking, ordered a taxi and almost an HOUR later it never turned up. The incompetent staff kept saying the driver was "just about to come around the corner now" and "should be there in 4 minutes now". Driver probably was an idiot who went to the wrong location. Avoid this company like the plague, if give them 0 stars I'd I could. They don't even deserve 2.2 stars.

Would give zero if possible, booked a taxi online, which didn't turn up. After half an hour I cancelled the booking and found someone else. I've been charged up front so unsure if the money will be coming back to my account.

Dangerous drivers with no interest in public/customer safety. I would not want to think that a family member was travelling in a vehicle that they operate.

Hi, I would like to make a complaint about one your drivers who I have on cttv speeding in my residential cul-de-sac and proceeded to drive across my prive drive and onto my grass to get into the visitors bay, leaving tyre tracks all over my grass and the delivery wasn’t even for me... The van driver was driving so fast my cttv could not pick up the Reg. But clearly see your company logo. There are lots of children in my street and thankfully they were at school. Oh and when he drove out of the visitors bay he drove over someone else’s garden and there is tyre tracks there too. Highly unprofessional and i wonder if all your drivers promote your company is the manor.
