I recently stayed at a Premier Inn and had a really good experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d hope for – the room was spotless, the beds were cosy, and everything felt well looked after. It made for a relaxing and stress-free stay.nnWhat truly made our visit special, though, was the incredible service we received from the receptionist, Indie. She was so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Travelling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Indie went above and beyond to make sure we all felt comfortable and supported.nnShe was especially amazing with my daughter, who has additional needs. Indie showed such patience, kindness, and understanding – taking the time to interact with her in a way that made her feel safe and happy. It’s not often you come across someone who shows that level of care so naturally, and it really meant a lot to us as a family.nnThank you, Indie, for making our stay not just good, but truly memorable. We really appreciate the extra effort and will definitely be returning because of the wonderful service we received.
What a Welcoming sight walking from the STOURBRIDGE Train/ Bus stationnThe NEON Purple lighting of PREMIER INN.nstaying here for a few nights 4th March 26, stayed here many times! Always a friendly greeting and through- out spotlessly clean room, endless supply of tea/ coffee/ milk/ sugar.nFeel so safe at PREMIER INNS through out! Familiarity, colour, ambience! Just wanted to provide great feedback for this hotel.nnStayed tonight straight into room, very clean and no noise from front road with sealed windows.nnThe staff on reception was superb even coming from reception to serve me with my main meal in the pub!!nnFood was pretty good apart from a couple of chewy bits in the chicken.nnIndian girl in pub was a credit to premier inn providing a 1st class table service in the restaurant pub section!!nnGreat work team premier inn!!
Stayed here recently and the service was exceptional. I had a few issues with the room which were resolved quickly by the reception team Thursday Evening. Followed by excellent service, from both Rachel and Ellie. Rachel goes above and beyond for the staff followed by Ellie ensuring that everyone has everything they need. I had breakfast the following morning, Steph and Kayleigh extra attentive, especially with the service. Thank you All
Stayed at the hotel and the room was really clean and nice. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant and was served by Harleen, she was lovely and attentive. The food was amazing. Overall had a great experience and will definitely come back.
