We have stayed at this hotel before and found it satisfactory we booked again to stay as we were visiting relatives nearby, we arranged five weeks before to stay and booked the same room. The hotel phoned us to tell us that the room we booked wasn't actually booked and someone else would be in our room. just dropped this in our'e lap leaving us to find alternative accommodation which for us was the last minute as we were just about to leave on our weekly break very unprofessional and discourteous way to treat customers, turns out "money talks"
 as they let contractors use rooms and if they decide to stay longer YOU lose out. quite liked the hotel and staff who were friendly, but bottom line is you book a room giving plenty of notice then you should get that room
