Usual good quality room, family room. Reception service excellent. Large car park, plenty of spaces. Breakfast is cooked to order so always fresh. I imagine might take a short time when busy but at 9.30 today it was cooked almost immediately. Coffee very good and not over hot as it is in some places. Usual fare and it didn't feel rushed at all. Be careful driving out onto the duel carriageway at busy times, cars travel fast round the bend and the view isn't that great , not much time to get up to speed. Overall excellent.

My brother and sister stayed here for two nights, from last Sunday. They couldn’t praise it enough. The rooms immaculate, and warm, beds were very comfortable m. The receptionist was very helpful and polite

Stayed here for one night. Clean and comfortable. Receptionist was good when checking in and out. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but still good. Only negative is the entrance to the carpark is on a fast dual carriageway just after a bend.Rooms: 5/5

Room was comfortable but was a bit small. The main reason for 2 stars is that the standard wifi was poor, so I paid 5 pounds for the ultimate wifi and it was just as slow. I think it's audacious to charge customers for slow wifi. If we're playing, it ought to be quick.Rooms: 5/5

Lovely staff, room was clean but sooo small for family of four no room to move between beds, side tables removed etc so felt very claustrophobic for a two night stay. Great location too with a lovely beefeater to eat in.

This is an amazing hotel, very clean and spacious and from the lady who checked us in to Mel and especially Chris on reception we were made to feel very welcome. Chris went out of her way to make our stay special and was very attentive to our needs. A very friendly woman as is all the staff we encountered. Will definitely be back soon.Rooms: 5/5

Used the hotel as a stopover on the way home and no surprises with a Premier Inn. Rooms are comfortable but the only let down was the very limited supply of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Only enough to make one drink each, but surely you can do better than that? The restaurant was very nice. All the usual pub grub and the service was excellent. Not so much an all you can eat breakfast as you have to order rather than it being a buffet style service.

Typical premiere Inn with their own restaurant. Portion are very small and I did find a couple of ants running round my table. Maybe cause it was a hot summer day ‍Rooms: 4/5

We spent 5 nights on the top floor about halfway down the hall on the left and found it amazing! Clean, fresh, very well equipped and most of all.. yep you guessed it.. clean! We enjoyed some nice food at The Badgers Sett next door and the whole premises is surrounded by wildlife.. Great access to Birmingham and Worcester.. Hagley Hall, Hagley Golf Course and of course Bewdley.. really nice staff.. say Justin Ozzy says G'day! Might get a discount! #premierinns @premierinns 5 stars
