Room was clean and tidy. Very comfy bed, good shower. Kettle with tea and coffee. Great cafe underneath hotel served a super breakfast. I thought good value for money and Lisa on reception was very helpful.
The staff are so friendly and so helpful. They make this place five stars. The room is simple but good. The bed is comfortable. I was happy with my stay. Thanks.Rooms: 4/5
This hotel has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I complained about damp and mould smells affecting my asthma the guy on the night shift changed me rooms three times! On the last room I had the same issue and requested a refund from the manager who I had to wait an hour for to come along and tell me basically I am lying because they are unable to smell the mould. After telling them mould and damp are my triggers to my asthma and not everyone can smell damp and mould the manager became very room. On top of this there were greasy hand prints on the wall and what looked like bodily fluids splattered on the wall. To say this is not the first time I have had issues with certain travelodge an over the past month is a joke. The managers response was’ so why did you come back then’ as if this is an excuse for sure service. I will not be staying with the company again.
Great location within walking distance of the town centre, nice clean room, very comfortable bed. I had to keep the windows closed overnight because of traffic noise but that was fine, there was a fan in the room if I'd got too hot by not having fresh air. Lovely, helpful staff

I had to cancel my stay and yous kept my £132....I wouldn't mind a charge fir cancelling... but the whole lot ...why ...thus is not necessary... its jst pure stealing g from the public... think twice about using travelodge anywer as they keep ur money if you have to cancel and im giving them over 2 weeks notice ..... this is absolutely shameful travelodge.... things are dear enough without yous keeping peoples money for cancelling... shame on you
Enjoyed our overnight stay hubby had to use a c-pap machine so needed an extension lead for it nothing was too much trouble.Rooms: 5/5
Nice clean if slightly bare room, but the smell from the KFC underneath the hotel was off putting especially in the bathroom. I couldn't have the window open on a warm afternoon because of the smell which was a shame. Staff pleasant and helpful, all public areas nice and clean.
Stayed here with my family for to nights. The first night I had about 2 hours sleep as it was very nosey out In the corridor with people moving around? At 01.30am .And the floor above very nosy... how my 6 month old baby didn't wake but poor old mum me was awake. My parents joined us in a separate room and on the second day but the sign before 11 for refills and to empty bin but no one came. We were put all day so when we got back after 10pm no-one at reception to ask? We also had no hand bearly any hand soup in depenser... and very hot in room needed a fan or air con.. also the doors out in the corridors need a soft close as they were being slammed at night.. the bed was comfy. But sorry not for us again
Went 2 a wedding reception near by .. Friendly staff on reception. Rooms were clean and tidy .overall very good
