Very basic. As long as you're not expecting more than the bare minimum it's fine. Room a bit cold. Shower cold. Tiny TV. But nice staff and good location. Wouldn't rush back though.

Lovely, little place if you are looking for no thrills! Basic rooms need updated but warm and secure for solo travellers. Staff wonderful.

A perfect bolt hole at very reasonable prices if you just need a room for a night or two. The hotel is perfect for travelers coming via train as it is less than a 5 minute walk from Norwich Rail Station which is also where the 25 bus route terminates. In terms of city geography, the city centre is just a short walk up Prince of Wales Road, and there are regular buses if you need slightly further afield. The room itself was perfect for my needs, but the mattress could have done with turning and the heating seemed to be on full. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Had a wonderful experience here on holiday with my wife and son. We had a room with private bathroom. Very clean and excellent breakfast! (I recommend paying a little more for the full English option it was very good). Will be staying here again!

Ugly place. Better pay 30 puonds more and get decent place. Only one star for location.
