We frequent this hotel often, the staff are always helpful and friendly. We often see Amelia on reception who is fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always clean and consistent. The beds are very comfortable.
We stayed here for 9 days at short notice as our daughter in law sadly lost her battle with cancer all hotel staff were excellent but a special mention has got to be made to Glenn for going the extra mile to make our stay more bearable bearing in mind the circumstances. Would highly recommend this hotel the staff really try and make a difference. Thanks guys
Excellent location for coastal walk. Can easily go to Brighton or Eastbourne, Seven Sister Cliff on foot or by bus from the hotel. Bus stop is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel, with McDonald, kfc, Sainsbury and Lidl nearby.nCan register your car earlier and go for a walk before you check in. The staffs are professional and friendly. The hotel room is clean and has everything you need. Bed and pillows are comfortable as usual. Absolutely no complaints for paying standard with free breakfast.
Absolutely can't go wrong with this hotel. Really good value rooms with very comfy double bed, excellent black oit curtains and powerful shower. Booked the family room 4 of us for £52 so was excellent value for a Friday night. Very well located with mega Sainsbury's, petrol station and ferry next door.nOnly reason for a 4 instead of 5: the breakfast buffet which we had booked in advance had ran of food really early on 9am so was chaos ;-nSlightly out of the Premier Inn's control as it's a separate restaurant but as we had bookd through a Premier Inn deal, I feel the hotel should really have a word with the adjacent restaurant and tell them to up their game :-
Room was extremely comfortable, blackout curtains and quiet.nBed was clean and very comfortable.nCleaning needs more attention to detail, for example, there was mildew on the grouting and the base of the shower screen needed a good scrubbing.
