Always very friendly and welcoming.  Always have everything I need in stock : also when I purchase anything online, it is always very quick for me to collect and when I’m there they never have me waiting long so very happy with this store

Staff on duty opened the door for me and agreed to me opening the packet to check the item before I left and a farewell “enjoy your weekend” so that all was good. I dropped them from 5 stars as not a smile or any sense of warmth from the staff - come on guys, I’m sure you are paid near minimum wagenbut bring a bit of joy to your job as you interact with customers!

I joined the Halfords motoring club and used my free 10 point check. Josh, Oli and Gaz were very helpful setting me up and Josh and Oli were very professional looking over my car. Good staff and good experience.

The worst customer service I have ever had. When I approach the sales assistant they didn’t say hello, clearly didn’t want to help me, went reluctantly to get the key to open a tool cabinet, clearly said they had what we wanted but didn’t know where it was and similarly to when I first approached him, didn’t say thank you or goodbye. Advice: if you feel miserable in retail go do something else.
