Originally I gave them a 5* review! Story is way too long... But involved a quote for £140, a bill for £700. A repair, shortly followed by a tow back to Halfords. A diagnosis, a part changed. Same occurring issue. A diagnosis. A part ordered. Quoted another £350. Hopefully the next repair works!! 😂 Friendly staff 👍

Helpful, on time. The feedback given was full of common sense with good clarity and easy to understand advice, The prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly. It is easy to park easy to walk to the bus or train so good traffic communications as well. It would be nice if it were possible to drop of the keys before 08:00, otherwise it can become difficult to get to work on time considering one must be back by 18:00. A small thing really, I would definitely recommend

John was very helpful, especially when my car failed its M.O.T, within 2 days he had the parts and my car was repaired. Thank you

Would not use again, charged £50 for a diagnostic to then be told that they couldn't get the required part so couldn't fix it. Went to a main dealer where I had another diagnostic only to be told the part I was original told I need was not the problem. When I asked Halfords about this their reply was that the part they originally said was what the technician thought would be the problem, complete waste of money. Would rate zero stars if I could.
