Absolutely shocking. Waiting 30 mins for my cold food to come to the counter. Only 3 tables in use in restaurant and no cars coming through drive through, so they can’t say they were busy. Asked three times if my food was coming as the board said ready for collection. Met with contempt. Staff more interested in jumping on one another and discussing social plans.nHeard three people complain about tone food was taking and items missing.nAbsolutely shambolic. But, staff and management don’t care so nothing will change.
Once again, another dreadful experience. Missing items from orders and items 20 nuggets not complete and short by actually a long way 75% received. You call up to complain and you get rude answers over the phone, which then causes you the customer to automatically be rude back. Even offering to drive there and collect the items missing, because it will be easier based on your home life to collect these items rather than deal with what goes on at home, parents with Autistic children will understand this. Even trying to explain this to the store there’s not a shred of compassion, all they will constantly repeat is contact just eat to get a refund. The problem is I order items because we want them, it to not get them and then wait 3 days for my money to be returned. If it even gets approved by jest eat.nnI personally think something needs to get done about this type of behaviour from all restaurants passing the blame to delivery companies as that is not a resolution for most. At the end of the day, the bags are handed to the delivery company sealed. If they want to hold them accountable, they should be packed in front of the drivers and packed. Also if you offer to drive to the restaurant to collect missing items that should be allowed as well.
Wont be ordering again, never get what you order I only ordered a double sausage and meal for two combo and I got.. two muffins with a egg in it.. wow how the hell do you mess it up so badly?!.. I’ll cook my own from now on! £15 when you total up delivery on top wasted, thanks.
Not sure why they have a drive through, you always have to park and service is very slow. Possibly due to what I assume is an ongoing food fight in the kitchen, judging by the state of the food.
First time I actually got charged for extra sauce. 1/2 filled fries bag. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
