An absolute joke! This franchisee should have their license revoked for allowing this restaurant to be run this way. Every time you visit the drive through you are asked to park up and wait so I usually just go inside to order which still takes an eternity to get food. I was just passing through today and only wanted a cheeseburger so thought I would risk the drive through only to be told they are asking EVERYONE who uses the drive through to park up!! 20 minutes later my cheeseburger is brought out in an open bag in the rain!! And yes it was stone cold!! Didn’t have the time or the patience to go in and complain so ended up binning it. Last time I visit this sham of a restaurant.
This mcdonalds is one of the nearest fast food place to our house and also close to the shops like b&q,pets at home,lidl,The Range. The staff are really polite & friendly. It’s a good quick stop at the highway.Food: 4/5
SHOCKING. the whole place was a mess with rubbish on the floor everywhere. Food was cold and bland. And the toilets were atrocious again was very messy toilet paper everywhere and the smell was awful. ordered was not correct and few bits missingFood: 1/5

Easily found on the retail park just off of the roundabout. There's a drive through available. We went in for breakfast and we found the service to be fast and efficient. The toilets were clean too. I cannot fault this Mc Donald's!! Do note, the car park outside currently has lots of pot holes !! March 23
McDonald’s in general has gone down hill. Since delivery the work load in each branch is terrible. Newhaven McDonald’s takes the biscuit. Always have to park up regardless of the order size and it’s typically cold with items missing. The app could solve this issue by letting your order prepare before you get here but unfortunately you have to arrive and spend the same time in the car waiting for your food. Terrible customer experience and about time McDonald’s got a separate property to handle delivery orders
Well if you want a fast food restaurant this isn't the place the only thing fast here is when the staff go can you park up please you then spend half hour sitting in your car looking at the doors to the restaurant wondering if that's your meal coming out or the others that have also waited. Simple of the menu quickly moving items as well take forever they seam to be to interested in sorting the delivery drivers out
I come here regularly to use the drive through en route to the beach at Seaford 5 minutes away. The young staff are always friendly and do their best in what must be quite a pressurised and difficult job when the restaurant is busy. There is always a queue at the drive through, but I am served in a few minutes. I saw there are a number of 1 star reviews, but I have never had a problem here in over 20 years. Sure, I may need to wait for a few minutes but that it hardly likely to stress me out!
Just bought pancakes with syrup ... except there was no syrup or butter, and one of the pancakes had the consistancy of a paving slab. Took them back, manager couldn't have been less interested if he tried. Really should know better, in between the long waits for drive through food our record is 45 minutes, which is never hot, and the screwed up orders this place is dire. Do yourself a favour and go to KFC next door!
If you have a particular hobby of waiting 30+ minutes for wrong orders and cold food then you’ll love it here! My actual recommendation would be just to come and sit inside, not order anything but watch the chaos and comedy unfold of how people react to waiting for a cold happy meal and how the staff respond to such antics. Management should be hung, drawn and quartered for running a business like this. Also, if the film ‘Deliverance’ ever had a remake and featured a McDonalds in it… they’d be hard pushed to find a better bunch of such naturally gifted cast members in here!
