Absolutely shocking service, been twice recently on the way to the ferry and on our return, wish we’d learnt our lesson from the first time! Waited for ages both times, drive throughs or online orders are prioritised over in person orders. Am sure the staff are doing their best but if you’re hungry or in a rush to catch a ferry I would strongly recommend not bothering!
Joke of a restaurant. I ordered 6 nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce. It came stone cold and cardboard like taste. No sweet and sour sauce. My coke never came with a straw and no salsa sauce with my mozzie dippers. Took ages also for stone cold food. I don’t get it
Wont be ordering again, never get what you order I only ordered a double sausage and meal for two combo and I got.. two muffins with a egg in it.. wow how the hell do you mess it up so badly?!.. I’ll cook my own from now on! £15 when you total up delivery on top wasted, thanks.
Children with muddy shoes standing on the tables, food all over the floor, toilets absolutely disgusting and no toilet paper. Staff that couldn't care less when this was mentioned. An utterly appalling experience. I have dined in many countries around the world and never seen behaviour like this and nobody cared. When I told a member of staff he just told me about football stadiums.
Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Food is always wrong, cold or completely forgotten about plus you are always waiting ages. Ordered on just eat and waited over 2hrs for the rider to turn up with our drinks side ways which of course resulted in all of the drinks spilling out…basically meaning we paid for a bunch of plastic cups to turn up to our door and whatever was left wasn’t even worth having. This also resulted in the food being soggy and horrible practically making anything left unpleasant. Not only that they also completely forgot one of quarter pounder meals and gave us no dips. We were so infuriated by this that we DROVE to the McDonald’s making ordering it completely pointless…and explained to the employee and manager that this was ridiculous and showed them photos and just wanted to get the order again and nothing more which would simply solve the problem. To then be told that it’s nothing to do with McDonald’s and they did their part but they “understand my frustration“ and to simply redeem it on the app meaning we spent £40+ to wait over 2hrs for a bag of inedible food with no drinks and wasted petrol going there.
