need to be brutally honest about my recent takeout visit to KFC—this wasn’t a one-off. I took pictures to prove it: the place is always a mess food left on tables, trash everywhere, and the staff just don’t care. We ordered separately, and still, they mixed up our meals my dad’s food with mine luckily, we weren’t eating together, or it would’ve been a disaster. Every single visit is the same just disorganized, missing items, and terrible service. It’s unacceptable
Modern KFC with a great amount of seating available, and huge amount of parking available too. Located conveniently by the main road, bus stops and the train station.nnOrdering made easy with new modern touch screens, however you can also order at the counter.nnA few times we've had things like sauces or napkins missing from orders, but the food has always been correct.nnFood usually is ready pretty quick, however it can sometimes become crowded leading to longer wait times.nnThe restaurant and toilets are usually clean and kept in good condition, with the food always hot and tasty.
The food was standard Maccys, the service was slow, unfortunately some of the other patrons were exceedingly rude, my husband left the table to go to the loo, I got up to throw away rubbish leaving my elderly mother, eating her ice cream, and the remainder of my drink at the table, by the time I got back from the bin, it had been invaded by a very rude woman and some unfortunately obnoxious children....this was on top of the two young women who at midday obviously had the munchies after taking some other form of 'refreshment' were being very loud and irritating. Altogether not a pleasant experience
I'm gob smacked look at the pics and you make up your own mind.
3 stars is my start, add or taken away for the following reasons.nHygiene. 2/5. It’s commonplace now, that hygiene stations are being removed as concern over covid diminishes. My view is that hand washing when entering any food premises should be compulsory. KFC have not replenished their stations recently.nFood. 3/5. Basic, not great, not bad, but its either a food you love or hate. I went at a busy time, the hot wings were overcooked, this is a constant.nValue for money. 4/5. A little less than McDonald’s, but £20 fed four adults whike ine kebab in Seaford costs me £10.nStaff. 1/5. Big, big no no. No welcome. No smile. It looked like they had all been told they had no wages coming for a month. The attitude was attend to, serve and get them out. I would not eat in here.
