Food is always 10/10. The employees are very helpful with me to find a good way to have for my lunch today. Employee recommend me to have the snack box with the wrap.nnThe restaurant is very clean and toilets were ok better than McDonald toilets. The parking is very available for disabled people.nnI would highly recommend this place.
This KFC franchise needs kicking off the roster! I was there for 45 mins with the family. The whole time not one member of staff came to clean the tables. In fact I saw one customer ask for the table to be clean on for the customer to be handed D2 spray and blue roll. THEY LEGIT MADE THE CUSTOMER CLEAN! While 4 members of staff stood around chatting. By the time we left the tables that where dirty when we came in where still in the same state.nnThe owner of this place should be down right embarrassed. And the shift manager should be sacked right off. Then again what do you expect from Newhaven.nnGives of dumpers vibes.
I visited KFC Newhaven recently and I must say, it deserves a two-star rating from my experience. The newly constructed modern building gave a cleaner impression compared to typical KFC outlets. However, the staff seemed preoccupied chatting amongst themselves, leaving customers waiting for extended periods.nnMoreover, when I finally received my order, I noticed that the quantity of chicken provided was less than what I had ordered. Upon expressing my concern, the response was rather disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff simply attributed it to a shortage and offered to replace it with something else. It left me feeling frustrated and wondering if they could have informed me of the shortage beforehand.nnOverall, while the facility was clean, the service and attention to customer satisfaction at KFC Newhaven fell short of expectations. The lack of communication and the need for improvement in staff efficiency and customer service are areas that require attention for a more satisfactory dining experience.
We bought one of those £25 buckets and sat down not far from the counter. Our number was called fairly early, so I went up to the counter, but it turned out they were only calling us to tell us they had only one mashed potato, not that our order was ready. Very poorly trained staff. They should have asked about alternatives to the mashed potato when the order was near completion, so the customer would experience the least amount of inconvenience.nnI then had to stand there waiting while the guy, who seemed completely indifferent, very slowly completed our order. When I brought everything back to the table, we realized we didn’t have cutlery for the beans, so I had to go back. Then again because we didn’t get any cups. And once more because there were no napkins. Finally, I had to return again because they had forgotten our sauce.nnThroughout all of this, there was no apology. The guy serving us clearly didn’t want to be there, and the girl fixing his mistakes was just as indifferent to the service they were providing. It’s the worst KFC I’ve ever been to.
