Hotel is situated in a great location near a major train station. Great for a weekend out. Hotel has security 24/7, bar and restaurant. Great transport links to city center. Would stay here again.

Clean ideally located hotel (minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly) friendly staff. We had the meal deal (breakfast & dinner) everyone really enjoyed. Bed was comfortable as always, clean new bathroom. Water good pressure and hot enough for a decent bath (6th floor) not much of a view, but we were there due to the convenient location, so this was irrelevant. Usual tea, coffee in room. Hairdryer in room - dated but functional, and decent sized bath towel. Small TV with usual channels. A good meal set us up for a good night sleep and the breakfast was a welcome start to a very long day.

Rooms very clean and functional. Hotel is situated in a great location near a major train station. Great for a weekend out. Hotel has security 24/7, bar and restaurant. Great transport links to city center. Would stay here again.

Great location, breakfast is good with a wide selection, staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable and bar area is good if you don't want to go out for drinks, it's also pretty much next to the station. About 5 mins away from all the shopping area. We had to be moved at 03:00 due to a noise in the next room which was really annoying on our first night, I'd stay again though...

Pros: Great location Warm rooms, good AC Windows open for fresh air Bar staff happy to lend drinks glasses and ice for room Asked for corner room, but didn't get one. Only one member of staff on check in - so couldn't answer telephone. Had to come down from 11th floor for iron since only one member of staff. Bed hard and lumpy - better beds in Men Arena Premier
