An extremely comfortable and convenient stay. I just forgot to take pics and videos of the room dont know why?!! it was really spacious and comfy with a very decent size washroom with bathtub. I was actually surprised how well spaced room it was.nThe best part was the convenience of walking to the north terminal only 8 minutes away. The place was quiet, very clean and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming.nI paid extra for the early check in, but those £15 was worth the extra hours being comfortable in the room
My whole experience here was awesome. From checking in, the delicious, buffet-style breakfast, clean, comfortable room and cosy bar, lounge area. A special shout out to Leeann, Mel, Annette and Lorraine for all your help and personable, positive energy...it made a big difference after having a nightmare of a day on Wednesday, dealing with a cancelled flight. Thank you ladies, you are both a real credit to the Premier Inn A23 facility. Merry Christmas, enjoy the best of the season with your families
I have stayed at this hotel a few times before early flights and have always enjoyed.nnStaff very helpful but a particular shout out to Gemma who looked after me at dinner tonight. She was very friendly and attentive despite having many tables to look after. A real asset to the team.nnLooking forward to returning next week
I had a fantastic stay here. The 2 women at check-in reception were so wonderful and made the stay very welcoming. The housekeeper was friendly too. I liked their lounge at the check in, kept me comfortable during my wait for check-in time. The rooms were clean, soundproof, bath was a wonderful surprise. The things I would give less stars for are that there were no toothbrushes included in the room. The price is quite high. Will stay again if needed.
Tricky walk in pouring rain from Gatwick North Terminal along poorly lit, narrow paths. Wish we had known there was a shuttle from South Terminal where we got train from London to, £4.50 each!nRoom, restaurant and bar good. All staff were welcoming. Gemma served us for evening meal, very friendly and sociable whilst efficient. Enjoyed our meal tonight before flight tomorrow morning.nOverall, a good hotel option but use tge shuttle if it's dark or raining!
