I wasn’t expecting to give five stars to a Premier Inn but I enjoyed my stay so much I had to. The warm nature of the staff, their ability to remain calm whilst very busy, the food menus in the room and tea and coffee thoughtfully prepared and the very comfortable bed also. The restaurant was much better than I thought it would be, it’s appearance and food were both great. Overall just a warm and welcoming stay.

Brilliant solution for waking up next to Gatwick airport. The airport is very close and perfectly reachable on foot. There's also a closer Premier Inn, but it's more expensive, this one is a valid alternative. A pub is present into the building, cheap and good food. Possibility to park the car in there is a nice plus.

Convenient and way cheaper than the other Premier Inn that is situated closer to the terminals. For a lesser charge you get all the normal amenities you've come to expect from Premier Inn. The restaurant is nice as well and perfect for those one night stays. They have their own parking and they are also not too far from the terminals. Perhaps a 5-10 minute walk maximum. We've stayed at this one and the other more "exclusive" one and would choose this one in a heartbeat.

The room lacked several important details such as a razor/toothbrush socket and fridge, and there were no electric sockets by the bed either, which you do need so you can charge your mobile and at the same time use it as an alarm clock. It was clean though and Premier beds are always comfortable. The restaurant staff were very good. They knew exactly what to do when I told them I am Coeliac. I always stay at Premier Inns for this reason.

Great hotel not far from North terminal 5 min walk. If that, got there late at 4am no food facilties open but vending machine did take card payment which was handy. Great room and bed
