Shocked by the fantastic level of service!! We only wanted a stopover before an early flight. What a superb welcome by staff. Although the place was busy (there are 700 rooms) it feel calm and very well organized. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and clearly took pride in what they do! My wife and I own a Tearooms on the south coast where customer service is key, we always compare establishments by their levels of customer service. This team at this Premier Inn would put some of the other big name hotels to shame as their levels of customer service are 5 star, and it is genuine. In addition to this the food served in the Thyme restaurant for breakfast and evening meals was top notch too with a fabulous menu selection. If you need to stay at Gatwick book here!! Not only is it great value for money but you get 5 star genuine service included.

Great location for the airport. Easy and convenient to get to from the north terminal. Friendly staff and easy check in. Costa coffee quick and convenient to pick up in hotel. Lots of seating areas around Costa and bar. Room clean and tidy, beds comfy and lots of spare pillows. Not to noisy considering location to airport. Highly recommended for a budget airport stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights before a flight from South Terminal. We chose Premier Inn North Terminal for the fab reviews, and it didn't disappoint. South Terminal was a breeze to get to - cross the road, up the escalator and hop on the monorail! Very late on the first night the fire alarm went off for about 30 seconds, unluckily for us we had dropped off to sleep about half an hour before. Apology letter in the morning was appreciated (someone had been smoking in their room), but perhaps the Good Night Guarantee should have been automatically applied in these circumstances? Nevertheless, a super clean, comfortable and quiet place to sleep before you head off on your travels.

Good room & excellent location. Brilliant breakfast 😀 and friendly staff. Don't have the steak! Sub standard. Otherwise fine 😊

We stayed twice over the last two weeks - before and after our holiday. The room on the first stay was great, except the shower wasn't particularly nice to use. The second room was great for the shower, but wasn't particularly clean. We will be contacting the hotel directly for the specifics. I would stay again, but I would probably be choosier about which room I stayed in.
