Phoned to book. Said my pal was staying so wished to book in as well. Confirmed pal had booking. So did my booking. Arrived 3 days later to be told not booked in!!! After much head scratching and checking found out I'm booked in sister hotel 20 miles away. Then, when returning later that night, the key wouldn't open the front door!!! No reply to door bell, loud. Knocking, loud! Eventually much jiggling of key got door open. (Lots of jiggling) Walls thin, blinds broken, no curtains, dirty bathroom shared(with noisey door) street noise invasive, no breakfast. Then in the morning, trying to get the staff to appear, totally failed, no one would acknowledge myself or another couple who wished to speak to reception. Not even a cheap hotel, very expensive for a poor quality place to stay. Will not stay there again, even if offered a complimentary stay.

My wife booked ensuite room and we got a key to a door down the hall with a toilet and shower which was a little disappointing. Also our door looked like it had been broken into at some point which is never a good look when staying somewhere. To be fair though the room was clean and the bed was comfy to sleep in and the wifi service was good and seemed quite fast. There is a nice cafe a few metres down the road and its only a short walk into town.

Good if you just want somewhere to rest your head for the night. Pretty basic, not really somewhere I'd want to stay for longer than over night

Good location, cleanliness of the rooms is appalling stained bedding and bath mats service was nonexistent was left with a dirty teaspoon and 2 cups a small towel and to slightly larger however still very small towels for two people cup holder by the sink was falling off of the wall as well as the hair dryer holder pulling away from the wall a piece of folded paper wedged in to hold the lock into the place for the door a constant breeze through out the room as neighbouring room had windows open after check in didn't have any form of contact with anyone no check ins or anything else felt the need to vacate the room early hours of the morning after being eaten alive by some form of bug quite possibly fleas! Was put in room 14 up 3 flights of stairs no light bulbs in the lights above the bed and generally a very unclean facility...wouldn't recommend not good value for price as paid £60 for an ensuite room just to find our bathroom was across the hall! That's not an ensuite. Highly disappointed and appalled at what me and my fiancée have just experienced.
