Clean and spacious room. Excellent location for my needs. Staff ultra friendly and helpful. Breakfast plentiful and bespoke to my needs. 10/10

Sadly this was not my favorite stay at a Premier inn, in which i had no sleep for the whole duration i was there, this being mainly due to disrespectful people who just don't know when to be quiet & certainly not down to the staff in any way, who i found to be warm & friendly at all times. 

The room was nice but the bed was far too soft for my bad back, the heating kept shutting off making it freezing to get up in the mornings, but the main issue I had was the noise, plus its not a very safe area to go out walking at night as it's situated on an industrial estate.

My first night people decided to have an argument/fight outside my room at almost 1am & they kept pushing each other onto my door, the next morning & most mornings after that, workmen kept talking, laughing, banging their van doors & revving their engines up right outside my window which was not double glazed as early as 5.30am, as I heard everything cursing & all.

Constant noise continued throughout the week with slamming doors & talking loudly, especially in the room next to mine, even a defending TV until the early hours of the morning, I was glad to check out & go home!

Typical Premier. Clean and comfortable. Very courteous staff. Could do with better sign posting, though, to find entrance to car park, a bit confusing. Decent food in pub next door too.

Standard Premier Inn. Good value, location and facilities. Room nice and clean with free basic wifi. Free parking and easy to get to. Close enough to walk into city centre. Recommended if you're familiar with the type of hotels Premier Inns are.

Stayed here in April with the fiancé, room was big, bed was comfy as anything. Food is offered at the brewers fayre next door which is also where you have breakfast and what we had couldn't have been better, will definitely stay again.
