Ordered 3 deliveries using their app, unfortunately that first order was missing a breakfast wrap, second one missing the syrup that come with pancakes and the last one missing a burger. All 3 orders using their offer. I don't know whether it was done by purpose or not, they seemed like have a policy not letting same account get the refund even it's their fault. Avoid at all cost!
Shocking this branch hasn't been rated lower than it has, as with most McDonald's customers who come in to dine have to take 2nd place to all the take away bike couriers, who hog and take up a huge area near the front counter, I mean the branch has even dedicated a special area for them, they always get priority over diners.nDisgusting!nAlso coffee lovers, Bracknells branch of McDonald's sets there coffee machine to give you less than it's meant to, rip off merchants, corporate companies think the consumers are dumb but we're watching everything.nNext stop has to be trading standards.nWill post a photo each time I get coffee to let the rest of you consumers know you're being robbed.

Excellent service from mustjab. He went above and beyond; came to our table to ask if we needed anything and got us some milk from the counter and came back to the table to give it to us. Much better than I’ve ever experienced at any other McDonald’s.nnThank you Mustjab.
Not been inside a McDonald's in a long time. Was greeted by a charming chap Mustjab who then was on hand whilst eating for anything else needed. Got my a high chair, extra napkins.. All without asking. What a different experience it is eating at McDs now
