Thought we'd go for a few cocktails for our booking, we were only able to get one cocktail in an hour. Got seated earlier than our booking GREAT.. so you'd think, got hassled to order food which we rushed to order with drinks, 20 minutes to get our drinks whilst the table next to us had been served their starters and mains before we got our drinks. Starters finally arrived some were cold, one was almost raw! Personally my shared starter was great, tasty and hot. Even after talking to the manager the staff still only delivered half our drinks and didn't take the empties. I wouldn't even go into to detail about the mains.... shocking!! Overall the food that was hot was good but wouldn't recommend it!

New opening and our first experience of TGIs. Great experience. Service was great and they had a lot of floor staff on but this maybe down to training etc. Big restaurant with upstairs seating. Food was timely and tastes good. Burgers not the best but the burger competitors over the last 10 years means a lot of these chain restaurants still need to up their game. The prices are just about standard to be honest. Meal for 2 including drinks and coffee £70. Overall I would most certainly return if not just to stare at a few good looking waiters and waitresses!!

Three of us arrived early Sunday evening and the restaurant was fairly quiet so we were seated straight away. Ordered drinks which took an age to arrive and eventually ordered food. Starters took forever to arrive although we could see them sitting under the lights in the kitchen. The waitress looking after us was more interested in talking to other staff members which there were plenty than waiting on the tables. We ordered more drinks during the starters which again took an age to arrive indeed the mains were served before the drinks arrived. The food had clearly been sitting under the lights for sometime as the steak and chips were in an awful state and were sent back. I've been to many TGI Fridays up and down the country and this is the worst experience I've had by a mile. Staff were miserable and didn't want to serve and no apology or explanation was given for the awful food served up. Will never visit again.

Had a fantastic meal here today! Hadn’t booked asked for a table for 4 plus space for a buggy’ they had no nowhere for us until the man hosting said he could speak to his manager as it was my daughters birthday! They gave us a table in a closed off section and we got amazing service an food! We left very happy! Thankyou

Went in on Opening weekend the restaurant was extremely busy but the food and service was great. With it only being the first day they opened a little more knowledge on the menu is needed by some staff. Special shout out to the Manager Ross for doing the rounds making sure all the customer were happy with their experince. Will Definitely be returning.
