Story

Blue’s is a place where you roll-up your sleeves and get stuck-in to a menu full of American smokehouse favourites, southern specials, burgers galore and more. All our BBQ Classics are smoked in-house over hickory wood and served-up on big old platters.

From our imported American smokers (tucked-away around the back) to our award-winning executive chef our focus is on serving authentic flavours in a relaxed, fun and informal atmosphere.

We don’t stand on ceremony, in fact, we smoke it and serve it as a snack! Dinner at Blue’s is about loosening your belt, getting a crowd together and enjoying wallet-friendly feasts with your friends and family.

I wanted to like this restaurant but was a little underwhelmed.  Can't put my finger on why that was.  There was no one else in at lunch  time when our party of 12 arrived.  They still managed to get 3 dishes wrong. The food was OK but not great.  3 stars is probably fair.  Update. So I've been back with the same party.  This time, it was much better.  Just part of my order missing.  :-| The food is good.  The Three Hop  Larger was very nice also.  Just me maybe but I'd rather a plate than just a tray with a paper cover that ends up in a soggy mess.

Came to Bracknell on weekday. Done some shopping heard this place was good, glad we tried it , staff very friendly, and helpful and polite. Food was very good. Definitely go again 😋😋👍👍

That was amazing, loved the Brisket and Burnt ends dish!! Staff were friendly and everything was quick. Recommend this place if you’re ever in Bracknell!!

Ridiculously incredible food, terrible staff. Been here many many times and every single time the staff forget to bring us something we ordered (and then say we didn't ask for it. Every. Single. Time.) Also once waited half an hour for the cocktail I ordered, which sat on the bar whilst the waitress chatted to the bar man, so I got up and brought it to my table myself. She apologised and when we asked for the bill she wandered off, started seeing to other customers and then 20 minutes late came back and asked if we wanted the bill... And one time a waitress argued with my parents that the chicken they served us which was pink and bloody in the middle was that way 'because it's halal meat' - as though that would make a difference. - rather than just take it back to the kitchen and replace it (because, you know, we are paying for food we want to eat) she went to the kitchen and then brought the same piece back out and continued to argue telling us the chef agreed with her and it wasn't raw, just halal. 

If you can deal with this kind of service definitely go, because the food is out of this world good. That's the only reason we keep going back because if it was just an average restaurant I'd never set foot in the place again.
