horrible. lady that took my order did not understand me. I asked her specifically for a fried chicken wrap, she added around 7 wraps onto the order. I said I only asked for one and even confirmed with her that it was fried chicken. she said ok and when my food came out she messed up my order unsurprisingly and was bland. Burgers have also decreased in size and I won’t be returning. Also very expensive for small portions.
I love Pepe's Chicken. So delicious. Smoky charred deliciousness and the sauces are awesome. Love the hot sauce! Sitting inside is a bit grim but the food makes up for it in spades.Food: 5/5
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Ordered from here after a while and what a shock! The double lamb burger has basically shrunk to a kids size as has the rest of the food. It's a rip-off so will never go back to Pepe's again. It used to be worth the money but not anymore. You're better off going to Burger King or similar where you won't get bumped.
They deliver an outstanding chicken! Especially the wings! I am shocked to see that some have left very poor reviews, that is not my experience, at all. I have been buying from them for years now, and the food has always been very good. I have served their food to guests of mine, which are now regulars they fell in love with their food. Highly recommended!
Ordered a whole chicken and it was so succulent, I preferred this compared to Nando’s! Generous portion of rice, chips are lovely but would like more in a portion. Oh Pepe baby
The peri peri seasoning for fries wasn't spicy at all! The garlic mayo was watery. Chicken XL burger with hot sauce was mild at best. Another dine-in order for chicken wings and fries took them 20 mins to make which isn't really nice. Two stars as I am a nice person
This place is honestly a bump 5 tiny hot wings for £1.25 each!? And the smallest lamb burger for £3.29! The grilled hot wings are burnt like hell! And the price of a bottle of water it’s ridiculous! Money don’t grow on trees Pepes fix up!! I feel to sue them for for scamming people! And the delivery price it’s like they want full tank petrol money! If not!? It’s Uber eats or Deliveroo which cost even more! I rated 1 star just to post this! But it’s zero stars for them!
Was a loyal customer until I started to use the one in Bracknell. Service has always been slow and in the last occasion we ordered food, told it will be ready in 15mins, get there within 20mins and asked to wait another 30 mins. When we queried this the manager was extremely confrontational and the concept of time and service seemed lost on him. A poor example of what's has been a great chain.
Shambles !!! After spending 15 minutes stating my order i was told nearly 30 pounds for chicken and chips with a seprate chicken burger , the woman told me that this was "new price" and ignore websites photos of their menu , i was expecting to get a price of around £17 and was shocked to hear such a high amount , very rude on the phone , so poor & if thats how they act before cooking then i dread to think what the food would be like avoid at all cost....
***EDIT*** i am changing my 2 stars to 4* having used pepes a few times recently it has been fab and so much more improved than that first visit which is great news : the salad was delicious, chips piping hot, great service**** First time trying food here. I pacifically ordered the bbq sizzler as it said it had jalapenos which i love. Sadly not one jalapeno which was really dissapointing. Food was luke warm too. Pepsi tasted only of carbonated water so was thrown away. Chips were yummy and hot which is the only reason im rating 2 stars.
