Waitrose Bracknell must have the worst computer department in the history of supermarkets. The cash computerized til and order system forever break down. Second time this week. Staff in café just say they can't take any orders. Must have happened 5/6 times in the last few months. Must cost a fortune as the staff give out free coffee and tea. All customers turned away at peak period.
I visited the Waitrose Bracknell branch on 2nd August 2025 to request help regarding a PCN issued on 19th July 2025. I had made a genuine visit to the store and paid in cash, but unfortunately, I no longer had the receipt. I approached the customer service desk hoping for support, as I regularly shop at this branch and was willing to show a pattern of purchases as proof.nnTo my disappointment, the customer service representative named Indy handled the matter with a complete lack of empathy or professionalism. I politely explained the situation and asked if a goodwill gesture could be made or if any assistance could be provided in resolving the PCN. However, Indy was dismissive and showed no willingness to help, let alone acknowledge my concerns.nnI expected far better from a brand like Waitrose, where customer service is supposed to stand out. The experience left me feeling frustrated and let down, especially as a loyal customer. I sincerely hope that someone reviews this incident, waitrose needs to uphold the high standards it promises.
The nearest store to Waitrose HQ so always on point and a bit of a showcase.. Great product range and service, friendly staff. Car park is very rarely full. Competitive pricing on basics, lots of high end options at a premium. I am a happy customer.
Fairly new building, good range and of course good quality. 01/05/24, ordered a cappuccino cake for my birthday. Collection was straightforward and paid on collection. The cake itself looked lovely and was very tasty, would have been nice to have the option to have it personalised.
I came here for lunch while out shopping. The food was excellent, the staff were really helpful and the service was amazing. I would definitely come here gain and highly recommend this please.
