Busy but prompt service
Refused by a woman To pay money into my bank Account during public bank holiday And got asked where did I get money from?
Very rude and unhelpful staff especially the one that deals with digital applications get her out asap
Felt unwelcome as soon as I walked in, group of staff standing there watching me but no hello or nothing, was directed to the self service, had never used it so needed help the odd time but felt like i was a nuisance to them as they were more interested in their chat amongst themselves than they were at doing their job! Won't be back.
