Management don't know what there doing
You need to que outside cause of covid 19.other wise staff are fine.
people usually miss the delivery man because they are at work. You changed your opening hours to 0800-1000? really? but what is the point I would suggest you don't open during the week at all.
Small office, still helpful and quick staff do their jobs very well,no complaints
