Doesnt answer the phone. Tried calling to query whether they will post a parcel on a saturday as their google times says the PO is open until 2200, to save myself a disappointing trip where they tell me they dont. Didnt answer the phone however. Businesses these days are a let down. They have the means to promulgate their services, but dont seem to... do so.
I went to this post office to deposit money after travelling 7miles. As my local post office shop was closed. Got here and the stuff behind the till was so rude and refused to take my money, even though on there website it says there post office was open. They totally refused me and said I can’t deposit. I then questioned the girl why does it say open on google and where does it say in post office official website that I can’t deposit a certain amount into my account. I would never ever recommend anyone to even go to this shop or use their post office facility. I’ll be writing an official report to post office company as well, as a working businessman in glasgow city centre you shouldn’t be getting refused to deposit money.
The staff is really friendly. Whether it's Royal Mail, Evri, Amazon, or any other service, this shop provides great parcel pick-up and return experience. The extended working hours are a fantastic bonus.
I am trying to phone.to resolve an issue. The phone.just constantly rings out! I ha e had to submit a.query to main post office page. Just pick up the phone!
I'm a charity volunteer who often has to bank irritating amounts of small change here and every time the staff have been friendly and accommodating of my shyness and awkwardness, and willing to count it all up. Open late which is really convenient and everyone is super friendly
Friendly service, nice range of 'convenience store' groceries, very convenient that they offer basic post office services until 10pm. Unfortunately they don't offer the whole range of post office services - so for things like driving licence and passport renewals you'll want to go somewhere else - eg Partick.
Very unhelpful staff. They would not accept letter because it did not have original Freeport envelope.
Went to accept a moneygram which both employees had no clue how to do it and when they called their boss who lied and said moneygram services close at 5. Thankfully the Kelvindale post office knows what they're doing and informed me that all post office services are available if the post office is open. Will be reporting this to both post office and moneygram.
Excellent service, but why are the staff not wearing masks? There is no way behind that counter in the confined space they're safely distanced. They should be setting an example for the community.
