Staff are nice but look at this? Don't know their Stationery from Stationary!

Good service in the run up to Christmas. Loses 2 stars for incorrect opening information on the Post Office website though - said it was open on Boxing Day when it wasn't. Opening times on Google Maps weren't up-to-date either.

I was very happy with the service I received at merchant city post office.         I was there recently for money exchange and Sandra was very helpful from ordering to collecting .there were sufficient staff on duty and I noticed the covid safety measures were good.

Brilliant and friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.  Keep up the great work.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff.

Probably the slowest post office ever. Tell customers to come back with the relevant details when it's the machines in the P.O that are at fault
