Posted letter here on 27th October via Signed for 1st Class. I was dubious when chap processed it at shop counted and not at Post Office counter. Letter has since been lost! First time ever that has happnened to me. Coincidence? I'm going elsewhere in the future.
Dropped in to buy foreign currency. Staff really helpful and friendly.
Extremely rude staff and grumpy but they are generally the staff that work the shop floor and till .I have never seen them smile I've been going there for 7 years more out of convenience as I live round the corner. Also they couldn't be bothered to order my magazine. What a place !!!!!
Staff are so grumpy and few times in a row quoted higher price than the other post offices. Tried to post a B5 size letter be told it was a 'large letter' and quoted for 1.45. Left and post it at the Knightswood office for 0.95.
Worst experience ever the post office staff don’t have a clue went 2 tax a vehicle declined 4 times by 2 different staff members cheeky and ignorant went 2 knightswood road post office it took the lady less than 5 mins 2 sort it out with a smile and pleasant 2 deal with explained everything step by step 5 star service anniesland has got worse sine new owners took over THEY DONT GIVE A MONKEYS THEY SHOULD TAKE POST OFFICE AWAY FROM THEM AND GIVE IT TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING NO STAR REVIEWS HERE FOR ANNIESLAND
Used this place a few times over past couple of week. Staff are fast, Friendly & very efficient. Also product knowledge far surpasses any other post offices in the area. Was overcharged by my nearest and Anniesland helped me rectify things. Can’t praise them enough. 6 big boxes needing send second class signed. Excellent!
Staff are so grumpy and look like they’d rather be anywhere else on the planet than in there. Slow service and always with a bad attitude. Guy in the shop is nice.
Terrible staff and Terrible service. Took over 20 minutes to been seen to, then overcharged me for shipping. Staff are incredibly rude and obnoxious. I'd rate this place no stars if I could.
An absolutely horrendous post office. Often it's queued out of the door. When there's a large queue there's almost always at least one staff member not serving customers. Parking is a nightmare. I now go to the Knightswood post office instead, far more efficient and plenty of free parking right ouside.
Staff are rude. Have no knowledge. Claim to be just in when faced with a query. The guy who works there is rude just like the woman who holds on to your product over a tenner cos they think you are a thief oh and don't bother to put a sign up when card machine isnt working
