Super friendly post office. Staff so lovely and helpful. Can just about get anything you need here. Highly recommend.
The most unfriendly, rude staff you could ever meet. I would never go back and use this post office again. All I wanted was to post a small parcel but instead the person behind the glass served me with attitude and a snarky comment! AVOID!!
At the heart of the community. The staff are friendly and helpful and really are an example to everyone in how kind they can be.
Excellent Post Office, open 7 days a week with many services. I use it regularly and find the staff are really nice especially Kulbir himself. They go the extra mile to help out. When we needed helium balloons for my son's birthday they ordered them and let us know when they arrived. I know from friends that during COVID they collected parcels from people's houses to deliver them on time before Christmas. It's the heart of Bearsden cross.
I would warn everyone using this post office to check how much they charge for services, I used to use it regularly until I discovered they were overcharging for post office services! Total rip off! Disgraceful taking advantage of loyal customers.
Small but very friendly service. Been a godsend during the various stages of lockdown, with the ability to pop in and get things sent as well as buy useful odds and ends including eggs when I couldn’t get them anywhere else!. Always a friendly smile and always helpful. Don’t be put off if there’s a queue outside, you are better going here than any of the other more impersonal Post Office counters.
Bad service, the guy has not got a clue on how to run a post office, disgraceful, dispicable lack of knowledge, offers services on which he has not got a clue about, absolutely a waste of time, avoid at all costs
Very rude staff. Mother was told by lady in charge that half the items she brought in to send were too big while in reality they would have fitted perfectly within the large letter hole of the check up thing. The lady just looked at the size of the letter and didn’t even try to put it in slightly. We had to re-pack the items from scratch again for no reason.
My partner recently used the check and send passport service she was advised what documents to send and what not to send. The documentation she was advised not to send was required for the passport application. Which has caused a delay in the process and having to go into the passport office to provide them with the documents. My partner raised this with the post office and was advised they would not refund the charge for check and send but instead said they would have words with the member of staff. Which is less than useless to my partner or I as such I have raised this with the passport office as they where astounded all the information provided by this post office was incorrect. If you are on a tight timescale errors like this could cost thousands of pounds by not recieving a passport in the time promised. I will be raising this with royal mail themselves also solely on principle for how she was fobbed off after a string of their mistakes, avoid like the plague
Best post office EVER. Staff are so polite, helpful and really just lovely people. Pleasure to visit....even with the queues during lockdown. Avoid Milngavie horrible experience no wonder it's always empty use this place.
