Understaffed, unfriendly and understocked.

This ws horrendous attitude by Ashleigh who works here treated me I am 77 yr old disabled pensioner and there was not the slightest kindness she stated buy an envelope for free post to royal mail for missing letter etc she shold b severely reprimanded for her behaviour to me.

Catherine Keenan if was same woman other day I spoke to outside from my car I have put a complaint in as I said I would as she the girl behind desk wasnt helpfull at all!

Second visit. Staff curt and unfriendly on both occasions.

No Direct number for the shop. Posted my envelope on a first class recorded service. This was on the 13th September. According to the tracking service it is yet to leave the shop. Nobody to talk to, nobody to help and basically told not their problem. Shambolic.

Lovely staff very helpful I'm a regular even though my local post office is closer It will be sad to see them go
