I think this is really a good practice, receptionists are polite enough, I’ve been moved to this practice for 2 years now, never encountered any rude behaviour, thankfully. Those in Edinburgh are more shocking if you want to compare, so hopefully everybody be grateful of what you get because there are a lot more worse out there.
I missed a call from the Practice, they asked me to call back. I did so at 16.15 hrs. Still on hold at 18.00hrs. Automated instruction telling me I was no1 in the queue from 17.00hrs. I noticed they close at 18.00hrs so hung up. Very frustrating.
Absolutely great practice. The reception staff always helped us when needed medication. We left for 6 months and ended up at kersiebank practice in grangemouth. They are the worst practice we have ever seen in 50 years. Staff no help and completely useless. We were over the moon to be back at polmont.
While the Doctors and nurses are great with myself. I unfortunately find the receptionists that I have dealt with over the last 10 months attitude towards people like myself who have external fixations on their legs and do sometimes need to phone for things to be very poor and insist on putting me down whenever possible. I am hoping to sign up to the online system so I no longer need to deal with the extra hassle.
Fantastic practice. Never have to wait long for an appointment. Reception staff are always cheery, polite and helpful. Have 100% confidence in all the GPs here unlike my former practice. Enrolled my folks into this practice who also think it's superb.
