Best GP practice I’ve ever been to. Receptionist staff accommodating & GPs knowledgable and always going the extra mile to help. Never want to move practice.

Only good experiences with the doctors And nurses. Dr Newlands, the doctor that did my little girls referral to paeds, the nurses that have helped us in the past - you are all absolutely amazing... thank you so much for your hard work!

While the Doctors and nurses are great with myself. I unfortunately find the receptionists that I have dealt with over the last 10 months attitude towards people like myself who have external fixations on their legs and do sometimes need to phone for things to be very poor and insist on putting me down whenever possible. I am hoping to sign up to the online system so I no longer need to deal with the extra hassle.

Fantastic practice. Never have to wait long for an appointment. Reception staff are always cheery, polite and helpful. Have 100% confidence in all the GPs here unlike my former practice.  Enrolled my folks into this practice who also think it's superb.

Had to wait 10days for appointment then get cancel the day before and then received a text after to reminder about the appointments that had been cancel ,now been  put back to the end of the queue and offer a new appointment 8 days time. With the arraised awareness of mental illness this practice appear to had No training in it and the male doctors I have seen couldn't care less about it. It sometimes takes a lot to just make appointment to see a doctor just to be made to feel you are just a nuisance for them. This practice I have been told is also a training practice and we all have to start somewhere but does seam to change doctors a lot.

Can't fault the Doctor's themselves. They have always been very helpful. Receptionists are unhelpful, passive aggressive, rude and sarcastic. Wouldn't recommend this surgery for that reason

Best GP surgery I've ever attended and the receptionist are so nice. It's busier that it was when I registered nine years ago although I still feel they do their very best to help.

This is a fantastic practice.  Staff are always polite and attentive and I have never had to wait too long for an appointment.  GPs are extremely knowledgeable and efficient.  10/10.

Long waiting list to get doctors appointment.

Horrible receptionists, they do not keep up pre-booked  appointments, changing them without letting people know. They close way before listed working hours and almost impossible to get ahold of.
