I'm not exactly young and I've never had such an extensive examination on the state of my mouth and teeth plus marvelous information to go along with it. I felt very cared for. I highly recommend this practice.

Not happy at all... this was first time I needed emergency appointment. I was all swollen and sore for 24 hours and when I went to the clinic first thing in the morning I was send home with appointment for 5pm.. I got new dentist now and I'm getting better after 5 days of hell.... there is always a way to help if you want to...

hadnt been to dentist in 4 years and decided to come here cause i was thinking about getting braces. I ended up not getting them but i am going every 6 month for check ups and my dentist is amazingly helpful for fixing anything i want and is always really concerened about my comfort during any work, always asks if im okay, lovely dentist, so glad i switched dentists

Hadn't been to the dentist in a long time as I was too afraid of the cost.  I've taken out the most expensive dental plan available through work which would cover everything plus 80% of cosmetic procedures.  As expected it was bad news at my first appointment and was quoted close to £3k for an implant.  I was told I'd need to join the practices dental plan as well as my own, doubling my monthly payment to well over three figures, but not why.  
I spent very little time with the consultant as I was interrupted by an engineer fixing something in the room.  Poor professionalism when you're asking for thousands of pounds.  My first two hour appointment was scheduled for the dentist and a doctor to discuss my issue and show me how to brush my teeth - £350.  Shortly after returning home from my first appointment the receptionist called to say I was being booked for another two hour appointment but couldn't really explain why or if it would even cost - 'I don't think so' is all I got.  These are just the key points I've gone into but genuinely felt like I was being taken for a ride and havent been back.

This was a great dentist and staff were always friendly. Forced to move due to never getting an appointment that suits. Management obviously to money hungry to worry about patients needs. Badly understaffed if you work 9-5 this is not the dentist for you. So disappointing having to move practice for this reason.
