Went to emergency dental clinic with my daughter. From the initial call back in the morning where the same day appointment was arranged right through to the appointment everyone was professional, very friendly and the dentist was so efficient and instilled confidence. Could not fault the service. Receptionist issued us with a list of NHS dentists accepting new patients and by the end of the day my daughter was registered and has an appointment for January next year. An amazing experience all together.
Free parking, although I did follow the Vaccination Centre signs which took me the wrong way around the car park. Friendly staff and easy accessible toilets.
Why is there a sign telling people to go to the Covid quarantine part of the hospital to get their vaccination? It would help some particularly rude staff to do their jobs more efficiently if they didn't have to explain where to go to folk every few minutes.
Went up for my booster jag at my appointment time, must easy have been 200 in the queue, every sympathy for the NHS but this can’t be right,
terrible. apparently a reception doesnt exist so a text-to-speech robot is involved in directory enquiries. When you try to ask a for a ward the "nice lady" thinks you mean 'Wendy' -_- also ward one is notorious for being bad at customer service, not to mention answering phone calls. I have a family member in the ward.
First time I've been since it was reduced to a community hospital. I have to say I feel a lot of money was wasted updating the hospital just before knocking a lot of the buildings down. However for for it is now classed as it does the job
Complete maze. Signs and instructions are near-impossible to follow. Most of the hospital appears derelict - so even finding a staff-member to ask for help is very difficult.
Walk in vacs today. Signs everywhere to enter and exit, nurse's were friendly and super efficient. Top notch.
Staff are friendly and helpful but on unit 1 they are terrible at answering the phone. Tried to get in touch with them, phoned 3 times a day every day for two weeks and still not spoke to them. It's so bad I have now given up on phoning them. Completely understand they are busy and always rushing about but very poor to say I can't check on how my family member is doing because you can't get through.
Covid booster appointment at 11 but the que is over an hour long. Why have appointments if they can't keep the times
