Been going to opthalmology department seeing Dr Wardrop, laser treatment for onset glaucoma today, wonderful treatment, charming Dr and lovely staff. Just a joy.
Was here for physiotherapy on my knee and the staff were fantastic and worked the knee real hard. Take your pain medication an hour before your appointment that way less pain for you and the staff can work your problem harder. I needed my knee bending and with the physio I was getting eventually got it bend so that the heel was touching under the table. Once they achieve this there's nothing else they could do for me but recommend going to a gym and using the machines there for my leg. Best decision I made and went back to the gym and worked more on my leg and built it up more to make it stronger and able to bend it alot more.
I had a really bad fear of dentists for years, but, i started my dental treatment here last April & ihave no fear now. I see the same dentist all the time, & he helped me over come my fear, now, I'll happily go to the dentist. I would highly recommend this dental practice, the staff are lovely & friendly, & if you have a fear of dentists, tell them, they do everything to help.
Went to emergency dental clinic with my daughter. From the initial call back in the morning where the same day appointment was arranged right through to the appointment everyone was professional, very friendly and the dentist was so efficient and instilled confidence. Could not fault the service. Receptionist issued us with a list of NHS dentists accepting new patients and by the end of the day my daughter was registered and has an appointment for January next year. An amazing experience all together.
I called the emergency helpline as had a tooth abscess this morning. My phone call was at 11ish. I got a call back within an hour with an offer of an appt at Falkirk for 2pm. I couldn't get there for 2pm so I was offered one at 3pm. Im all sorted now, the dentist & technician were super, as was the receptionist & the initial handler at the helpline. Extremely impressed & a huge thank you!
