You can't necessarily get an appointment immediately, as others have said (though I think it's gotten a lot better over the last 12-18 months) but that's because the care here is second to none. I've always managed to get one within a week or so of needing it, and today had a choice of three options over the next week. Quite a few times I've phoned up when my 18 month old's been ill and had a phone call back from a nurse or doctor the same morning, and the nurse always takes the time to see him the same day if he's got any worrying symptoms or needs a prescription. They can be busy at times, but that's because they're good at what they do and take the time to care. The best practice I've been with (my sixth over the years). They're not all like this by a long way!

FIRST CLASS.The Best Doctors, Nurses, & Reception by far! Very Highly Qualified. Dedicated to their Profession.Caring & friendly.A great deal of listening & understanding. Plenty car parking too !

Absolutely terrible to make appointments, really regret changing to this surgery when i moved home. Been trying to make an appointment for close to 2 weeks now calling between 5 to 10 times a day but no one ever answers with the exception of one time where i was told they have nothing for this week so i would have to call back the next day, nearly 2 weeks later i am STILL trying to get an appointment.

Any Dr i see at the surgery always does what's best for me, great surgery with great Dr's, and the reception staff are always so polite and always have a smile for you xx

I would love to be with this surgery as a patient I used to be at Park Street with Doctor Canavina now I have to travel to the new surgery its far away I phone meeks road to see if they are takeing on new patients but no luck yet
