Didn't pay to go in the house or tea room, but you are free to walk around the grounds. Absolutely lovely walks around a stream, very peaceful, and the sound of the water is so relaxing. The house is stunning, may well pay to go and have a look round next time.
Been before. Lovely place. Found the Riverside walk. Wow! Beautiful. Only had hot drinks at the cafe but sat outside and staff very chatty and helpful.
Fantastic. Great back story. A fascinating house which was great to explore with well laid out information panels. The gardens are not extensive but are attractive. We also had lunch in the tea rooms and it was very good.
Lovely place to visit. Went in the house and heard about the two ladies who lived here, amazing story about them. Cafe is really good, very helpful staff.
Nice walk around the gardens and the house has a very interesting history.
